- Services and Eligibility:
Express Financial Services, registered and licensed by the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ) as an Authorised Dealer with Limited Authority mandated to carry out both inward and outward money transfer services and currency exchange through our physical locations. Our services are available to individuals and businesses worldwide, subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulations. By using our services, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement. - Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
You agree to comply with all local, national, and international laws and regulations governing financial transactions, money laundering, fraud prevention, and the use of our services. As a licensed entity under the supervision of the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ), we adhere to the regulatory guidelines set forth by the RBZ. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our services is lawful and that you provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration and verification process. - Fees and Exchange Rates:
Fees and exchange rates associated with our services are disclosed prior to initiating a transaction. You agree to pay the applicable fees and accept the exchange rates provided at the time of the transaction. Additional fees may be charged by intermediary banks or payment processors, which are beyond our control. It is your responsibility to review and understand the fees and exchange rates before proceeding with a transaction. - Transaction Limits and Verification:
We may impose transaction limits based on regulatory requirements or risk assessment. To ensure compliance with applicable regulations, we may request additional information or documentation to verify your identity or the purpose of a transaction. Failure to provide requested information may result in the cancellation or delay of your transaction. - Cancellation and Refunds:
Once a transaction is initiated, it may not be possible to cancel or modify it. However, in certain cases, we may accommodate cancellation or refund requests at our discretion. If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same method of payment and currency used for the original transaction, subject to applicable fees and exchange rates. - Delays or Non-Execution of service
You agree that Express Financial Services shall not be responsible for any delay, failure to execute, or mis-execution of any of our services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, whether caused by strikes, power failures, equipment malfunctions, acts or omissions of any intermediary bank, war, riots, governmental or court orders, work stoppages or similar occurrences or circumstances. You further agree that the company may refuse to process or delay processing any request if it would violate any guideline, rule, policy or regulation of any government authority or funds transfer system. - Returns Due To Remitter Mistake
If we are unable to complete disbursement of the Remittance Payment to the Beneficiary because you provided incorrect information about the Beneficiary, such as a wrong or misspelled name, a wrong or misspelled address, the wrong bank or bank account or any other misinformation, you will be liable for any costs, fees, expenses and losses that the Bank incurs in returning the Remittance Payment to you, such as processing costs, losses arising due to exchange rate fluctuations, service charges and exchange commissions. - Intellectual Property:
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Express Financial Services are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use our services for personal or business purposes. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited. - Limitation of Liability:
Express Financial Services strives to provide reliable and secure services. However, we do not guarantee the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or completeness of our services. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use our services. - Privacy and Data Protection:
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. - Amendments and Termination:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate our services, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time.
